Terms of use

What the site is, who does the work, what we do and do not stand behind, and which law applies.

These terms govern your use of capecodsepticexperts.com, operated by Marketing Doctor LLC, a Utah limited liability company. By reading the site or sending the quote form you agree to them. Effective September 14, 2026.

What this site is

Cape Cod Septic Experts is an information and referral service. We publish guides about Title 5, septic work and the loan and credit programs in Barnstable and Plymouth County, and we pass quote requests to one independent septic contractor that works in the town you name. Homeowners pay nothing to use the site.

Contractors are independent

We are not a septic contractor, engineer, inspector or hauler, and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work. The contractor we introduce you to is an independent business that works under its own permits, insurance and warranty and contracts with you directly. Any estimate, contract, schedule, price, permit or warranty is theirs, not ours. We screen contractors for licensing, insurance and written estimates, but that is not a guarantee of their work or conduct, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and them.

Information, not advice

The guides describe regulations, programs and typical costs as we understand them on the date shown on each page, with links to their sources. They are general information, not tax, legal, financial or engineering advice, and no substitute for your accountant, attorney, engineer or board of health. Program terms are set by the agencies and change; confirm with the agency page linked before relying on a number. We correct errors readers report, but we do not warrant that any page is complete or error-free.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Marketing Doctor LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, or the work, estimates or conduct of any contractor we refer you to, including indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where any part of this limitation is unenforceable, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

By sending the quote form you agree that Cape Cod Septic Experts and the contractor you hire may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, by phone call or email, about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time by telling the caller or emailing info@capecodsepticexperts.com. Our privacy policy describes what we collect and who receives it.

Use of the site

You may not copy pages wholesale, scrape the site, send anything through the form other than a genuine request or question, or interfere with the site’s operation. We may change content and update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

Utah law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Utah unless the law of your state does not allow that choice.
